O/T - Need recommendations for health insurance for family visitors
We need to get some health insurance for family members when they visit us in the USA from overseas. Does anyone have any personal experience with a good American based health insurance carrier they would recommend?
Need 6 months of coverage, probably just catastrophic coverage.
I saw an ad on BritishExpats months ago that looked good, but have since forgotten the link. Most of the sites on-line are just fronts for worthless insurance coverage.

Just for a visit, they could get and should get it from the UK....plenty of places will do it, but for that length of time, it won't be cheap, and if the people are old, it'll be more expensive.
Most travel places, tesco's and other stores have decent travel insurance.

You could look at US coverages, AIG are a player in this market.
Annual Poicies cover mutiple trips of a maximum duration, they are not for people traveling for a year.
I have no personal experiance, so will not recommend.
