every state is different, yeah I’m coming to appreciate that. Kinda seems like something worth standardising, would be so much simpler...
i think it’s After 3+ years,I think the UK is similar with no MOT for first 3 years.

good luck on standardizing ... not even insurnace minimums are the same... which is why you see so many non NY plates in the city...

makes sense, does it fall automatically under the annual inspection?

not worried about nearly new car failing, just to ensure all paperwork is correct.

will probably upgrade this car before it becomes 3 years old anyway...
