i have arrived, just 3 days back, at albany suburb area and weather is at its worst: showers of snow and freezing temp plus chiiling winds. i want to hang around plus do some work to keep myself busy. what kinda work i should look for, i dont mind taking up any job for the moment. any advice plz?

No insult intended. You have not told us if you intend to shovel snow or become a doctor, maybe you are a Doctor. You tell us nothing about yourself, do you have a Green Card or a work Visa?

How can anyone give you advice, without some general info.
And yep sure is cold up in Albany. Maybe buy yourself a 4x4 & a snow plough attachment. Big bucks to be made at this time of year. But very seasonal!
Sorry I forgot you also need a baseball cap, worn backwards and a lumber Jack Shirt.
