They should expect too much and demand it! There's nothing wrong with customer service, and good customer service at that. We all want it and we probably pay very dearly for it, sometimes, a lot of times not getting it.

But all that aside, common courtesy and goodwill goes a long way. Showing that you care for your fellow human is a kindness that keeps on giving.
