Notice of receipt I-130 and I-485-Help!
Does anybody know how long should I wait to get the receipt notice. I dropped my I-795 and I-485 and the rest of documnets except of medical examination in September 5, 2002 at San Jose's INS office, CA? I have not heard anything from them.
