I've been twice, once to Miami (to a crime-ridden and scary neighbourhood) and once just driving through the panhandle (redneck city).

I'll probably go visit some gardens and take the kids to Disney World and the like but no way do I want to go in summer. Summer's hot enough here without the humidity and the monsoon rains in the afternoon.

Depends on the accident. If it was a "I turned left instead of right and ended up there" then that's ok. If it's one of those naked men with vacuum cleaner "accidents" then thats different

Well, in my younger days, I was invited by German relatives to come stay with them at a resort in Florida for a few days. I gratefully accepted.

Plane ticket bought, and the night before I was packing. Asked my aunt what clothes she thought I should pack (didn't know what we were going to do) - she said "well, you DO know they are staying at a nudist resort".

..... long dead silence....

Germans are funny like that. Guy at work is married to a German and said the first time he went and visited her family in Germany it took a lot of time to get used to seeing her parents walk around the house and garden naked.
