Non-profit sponsor for H1B?
Hello,
I've been in the US since last September, on a B2 Visa. Applied for extension of stay, and was granted legal status here up to the end of July, 2002. Recently, I was offered a job by a religious non-profit corporation. I've got a BA in translation. They say they need my translation services, and also want me to help them manage the corporation. The only problem is I have no clue as to what documents we need to file my case ASAP. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! |

It's not rocket science, but I would strongly recommend investing in a good attorney. Given that the H-1B itself already costs over $1000 in fees (over $2000 if you want it in a reasonable amount of time), the attorney's fees would not add that much more.
