so, they are going to dissolve the INS. what does that mean for people do k-1 visas
and AOS afterwards?

I think you guys need to read the proposals more closely. There will be two
organizations instead of the one - one for service and one for enforcement. Since
this largely mirrors the current high level organization anyway, you will not see any
real change for a while.
