Default No advent callendars in the USA?

What's up with that? December without a wee door to open up and a yummy little chocolate to eat every day?

Anyone know somewhere we could get some? Online or anything?

I tried making some with the kids today but it turned out disasterous.

We have advent calendars. I know I saw some for sale at Fresh Market this week. Do you have one near you?

Or here are some online:

Do you have any store that sells Playmobil near you? They do great advent calendars. There are usually chocolate ones at Walgreen's and the like.

Also some for sale on eBay....

and here:

(can vouch for this company)

Good luck!

Find out if there's a World Market near you. They usually have a good selection, and the one near us even has Cadbury's Advent Calenders this year

I would bet World Market stores have imported advent calendars for sale at this time of year.

They're in just about every corner store around here. I've had one every year when I was a kid

We got this cool wooden lighthouse one from LL Bean for my kids:

There are quite a lot of stores that sell them now...you just have to know where to look. Even my local pharmacy sells the UK type chocolate advent calendars.

They love calenders of all types near us, which I have always found a bit weird vecause they are pretty boring. And they seem to be very expensive here. In the UK they used to give them away free at the chinese chippy. Here you can pay ten dollars for one with kittens playing with bog roll. In fact there is a whole calender shop in the mall.
I find it a tad bizarre.
