Default nhs healthcare

Hi all. New to this forum, and need some advice.
Have been living in the US for 3years as a permanent resident. I understand we are not now entitled to NHS treatment on returning/visiting the UK.
I still have property in the UK, and still pay taxes.
Any views/suggestions on getting around this?

The qualification for NHS treatment is UK residency, not property ownership or paying UK taxes. However as a visitor, you qualify for free emergency treatment.

On returning permanently to the UK, you will again qualify for all NHS services.

Are you for real? Your posts don't seem to make a lot of sense.

Maybe you could introduce yourself as a new member and tell us where you are living at the moment - there's a forum called Welcome Inn. I think that would maybe help people understand why you just popped up and posted a number of slightly unintelligible posts.

We're a friendly bunch but we get a bit suspicious when someone's first posts all have a slightly strange trend to them.
