Default Ney Year's Resolutions...how are they going?

For me... I still smoke, need to lose weight, exercise more and drink less.

How about the rest of you? Any sucess stories 94 days into the new year?

I don't bother setting any resolutions they say its the worst time of the year to try and give up anything as you still have a week of holidays to go. Mind you January it is supposed to be the biggest sign up of new members at gym's, so who know's.

My body weight has dropped from 205 lbs to 184 lbs, bodyfat is down from 19% to roughly 14%. (still 2-3% to go). My meal plan still consists of 50-30-20 of protein/carbs/EFA's.

I run 2 miles everynight, weight train 3 times a week plus windsurfing....I am fitter now than I when I left school at 16.

My inhaler (for asthma) that usually lasts 2 months still has a month left in it and we are now into month 4 (april).

so yes, its going very well.

Good job!

I need to lose about 15lbs in 9 weeks; which shouldn't be too difficult as long as I stay off the Cadbury's cream eggs over Easter.

Happy to report a 100% success (so far). I vowed never to utter a new year resolution ... and I didn't. So no more new year resolutions from me and none from him.

The Two Ronnies:
Ronnie Corbett: So it's good night from me...
Ronnie Barker: ...and it's good night from him. Good night!

RIP RB
