Default Newport, IOW => New Jersey

I've been a lurker for a while, but couldn't resist registering after I saw the Newport Pagnell intro. Sorry. It just tickled me

Been in the states since 1992, with a short break back in England.

Lived in Florida first, then Connecticut, then New Jersey.

I'm in Essex County. Bloomfield. Female, 38, divorced, but been living very happily, unmarried, with a fantastic boyfriend for a while.

Never been too keen to get citizenship, but as every year goes by the politics make me a little more nervous, and every year I say "maybe this year".

Hello

Yeah we get a bit, but there aren't many hills, which makes it "standing around on skis looking really stupid" rather than skiing.

How else are they going to persuade Manhattanites to leave the Island and come to NJ

We get a fair bit of snow some times, and there are ski trails, but they are kind of out in the boonies. I just think its a gimmick that'll maybe work. We'll see.
