New NSC Report - Thanks MATT

NSC is now breaking out I-129F petitions. Just saw this on Matt's site today. Maybe they got tired of all the calls.

yeah... now we can all call and ask why are they 4 1/2 months (about 135 days) behind
instead of 30 days like some of the other Service Centers....

Anyway Thanks Matt :)

LMAO I couldn't help but laugh at your comment Don. Too funny... :D

OMG! they finally are listing for I-129F's :scared: Never thought that would happen. I think the date they give tho is BS! I just don't get that cause last week someone was approved with an April 24th notice date. Well I hope they are getting more on track & gettin these petitions approved. This is just gettin ridiculous.

Re: New NSC Report - Thanks MATT

Someday I gotta meet ya! I just spent a half-hour over on Steen's mesage board and Folinskyinla said that the JIT report only listed for the one state they were working that day. So, looks like the JIT report may not be entirely accurate. Maybe, the date is a bit skewed? Dunno. I still rely on davehollis' site and the message boards for what is really going on. You better know that when I get mine, EVERYONE will know. So, I expect to hear from you, too.

I wanna move on to the next step damnit! heh I will say I dont have it so bad cause I will be going thru Vancouver & I read your one post Don about the time frame after your petition is approved. That sucks so bad & I hope it gets speedy for you cause I would just die having to wait all that time. I am going batty now as it is.

Dex, for a long time (years) NSC has only reported I-129 petitions. Most are I-129's are work visas. They said that 'F' petitions were in the same timeline for processing. We that is BS, but that was their position. Matt and other attorneys in the AILA pushed for them to to show the times for differnt types of I-129. Today they did. So, it's a glorious day.

Personally, I see this as NSC bending to the pressure to be more forthcoming. If you have read previous posts, you can see that NSC is famous for disinformation. This is a breath of fresh air.

If you look at Matt Udall's site, or Schusterman's (not sure if he has the new report up yet), you can see that NSC is now reporting various I-129 timelines. 11 to be exact.

Matt's site is:
http://members.aol.com/MDUdall/sctimes.htm

and Schusterman's is:
http://www.shusterman.com/

Compare the two reports and you will see what I mean.

Re: New NSC Report - Thanks MATT

Let me see if I can predict the future… I'm gazing into my crystal ball and I have
lit a candle on my Judge Rosenburg alter….......... OK, it's becoming clear… I
can see they are currently backlogged at the NSC for I-129f's (and have been so for a
while now)....... I see them starting to process them soon in light of the fact that
they have not done so in a while.... I also see them moving a big batch of them
through once they get started.

Seriously, last year it was the TSC that was backlogged. It built up, then they threw
some staff at the backlog and before you knew it, they were caught up. I believe
(just a guess on my part) that we'll see the same thing happen at the NSC soon.

I could make an educated guess as to why they are so far behind on I-129f's right
now, but my guessing won't do anybody any good (or change one darn thing) so I'll
refrain. I'll keep an eye out for info about this issue on the next AILA/NSC liaison
report and let you know if/when I hear anything (of course, by that time, I'll bet
they will be moving I-129f's again).

I'd better bet back to work. I'm pulling a late-nighter, getting my second AOS
submission (for today) ready for in-person filing tomorrow morning at the L.A.
INS office.

Good luck with your cases.

Regards, Matthew Udall Attorney

When my babe get here and we get hitched, and you are in the same boat (months and months sooner), who the hell knows. I'm in Oregon. Don't know where you are, but notice you are suffering along with me. Ya, "Sweets are sweet, have a nut".

Good luck and God's speed.

NSC is not processing in the order received...

NSC is not processing petitions in the order received. That is obvious by what is
being reported, what petitions people have reported as NOT having been processed and
what has been processed.

There is even 1 petition - I dont know what kind except that it is K1, K3, or V type
visa, listed on the Moscow consulate site as having an interview scheduled which was
(according to the recept number) was received by NSC on May 24th, and approved on
June 24th...

I do hope however that, having the numbers published and split out that the NSC would
be a little more responsive and perhaps start processing the petitions in the order
received like they said.
