New to forum....
Just wanted to say Hi! And anyone from Wisconsin here? My husband is originally from Gillingham, Kent in England and we now live in northern WI. Want to have a meet-up soon, and also wonder if any are nearby. Michelle

Welcome! If your husband is the Brit, he should join in his own right and get stuck in on British Expats.
BE might help him stay sane (or the opposite, possibly)...

Don't believe them. These threads are monitored and there is never a bad word to be found on any thread. We are all a shy retiring bunch of ex-pats. You do need to watch out for BS.

Thanks everyone!! I belong to the other forum as well, but want to delve deeper into this one..it looks like there's a lot of fun stuff here as well!!! Soon...right now, I'm just finishing my first semester of college(just a 2 year degree) at age 33, and loads of stuff going on..finals next week..so will pop back more then and have a browse around at the posts, find out about all of you, etc. thanks for the welcome!!!
