New British Movie Coming Soon
My daughter was telling me about a film she's just seen in England....it was apparently very funny, some sort of comedy about Zombies.
It has Bill Nighy (Robert Palmer wannabee in 'Love Actually') in it and the girl who played Dawn in "The Office".
It's coming to the US in a few weeks and it's called:
"Shaun of the Dead"
Here's the trailer....if you click on the 'turn right' icon at the bottom of the page you can see a trailer, and if you click on the jukebox you can play some sound clips from the movie....yay, it has 'Panic' by The Smiths and some other good stuff!

My husband has been hanging out for this for months, it's the guys who did spaced (very funny series on channel four)
We thought they were not going to release it over here. It looks great but I can't face it. I have a zombie fear bordering on ridiculous. Me and zombie movies just don't do well together at all

Looks hillarious... I love that sort of movie because hubby gets to see all to nasty horror stuff and I get to laugh my head off when it isn't hidden in a pillow....
Why they chose the dire straights records to throw though I don't know... I loved them....

It is being done by the guys who did Spaced! I don't expect it will be out over here for a while!
