Default Need someone trying to sponsor a relative

A major media outlet has contacted me for help on a story concerning naturalized citizens who are having difficulty sponsoring someone through a family based immigrant visa.

For some reason, the reporter wants to focus on Western Europeans, which is odd because people from countries such as India and the Phillipines have many more obstacles and have to wait much longer than someone coming from the UK.

Is there anyone who is trying to sponsor a family member (brother/sister or mother/father, not a spouse) who would be willing to share their ordeal?

Cheers

Does "selective racism" ring a bell?
