NEED HELP getting U.S born childs /british passport
 

Hello there im stephen 29 singal daddy to two boys that where born here in palm beach FL (6 and 4 year old) im trying to go back to the U.K bad to be with my family as i have no more family here in America (uncle died and my kids mom gave up on my kods a year ago and cant be found or pays me child Surport. My qustion is i only have like $4000 bucks left in my acount and i need to get my kids a british passport ? I cant get a U.S one cause i cant track there mom down to sign the paper work!!! Please help me

Whether you like it or not, you will need either your ex-wife's permission, or a court order, enabling you to remove the children from the USA. You can't just up and leave.

So, you will need a court order.

Yes, even on a UK passport you can't leave. It is illegal to leave the US on a foreign passport if you are a US citizen.
