Need help finding tunnock teacakes in chicago!!!
Hi all
I"m not a british expat, but I did go to school in UK for years and I haven't been able to find them in the greater chicagoland area....Does anyone know where I can get these amazing treats?

I' sorry I can't help but when I saw the title of your thread it brought back memories of being a kid
.....I may bring go to the supermarket now and bring some over as I travel back to the US tomorrow!

I bought a pack of these (and ate ALL of them in one go) from Cost Plus World Market about 2 weeks ago. Felt sick afterwards but my rationale was that after I had devoured three, i couldn't take a half pack home since my husband would be disgusted with my piggy-ness so I just had to eat the remaining three and dispose of the evidence.
Anyway, there are three Cost Plus locations in Chicago. I suggest that you go there and you'll also find other candy from the UK which you can't find in many stores in the US.
