Need Advice on Spouse's UK Visa Renewal Plz
Hi All,
I am an English guy, married to an American lady, and we live in the UK, in Scotland. We got married in the USA in August 2007. My wife obtained the required spouse's visa, we had to go to Chicago to obtain it, but no problems as we took a LOT of evidence etc.
She also has a UK National Insurance number , and has a full-time job, I have my own business.
Now the question we are seeking help for is this ; My wife's spouse's visa runs out in Augist this year, as it will be 2 years old. We aren't sure what to do with regards to renewing it.
If anyone has been in the same boat as we are, any advice would be helpful.

"When your husband, wife or civil partner arrives in the United Kingdom, he/she will be given permission to live and work here for two years. Near the end of the two years, if you are still married or in a civil partnership and plan to live together, your husband, wife or civil partner may apply to live here permanently.
