Anyone watch Ramsey et al. last night on BBC America? Some of it was "new" and some old kitchen stuff. Not all about Ramsey, a few other chefs were also covered in last nights offering (Marco Pierre White who trained Ramsey and a chef (didn't catch his name) who opened his own restaurant, but was trained by Ramsey, bit of a family affair these chefs). A firing too, but not by Ramsey!
