Default name change on Canadian citizenship certificate?

In changing from my maiden name to my married name, do I need to change my name on my
Canadian citizenship certificate?

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdffiles/citizen/KIT16.PDF In the instructions it tells
you what documents to submit to change your name on your citizenship certificate.
Take Care. Shelley

Would the new citizenship certificate show my maiden name and my married name? Is
there a deadline after getting married for making the name change? If I am making
this name change, am I required to make the change on my citizenship certificate or
it is enough to make the change in other places? What happens if I am ever asked for
photo identification in my maiden name if all of the photo identification that I have
at the time is in my married name? Thanks.

Perhaps you should contact one of the Canadian Consulates here in the US - I'm afraid
I don't know the answers to these questions.
