Default Is my visa application likely to be approved?

A family friend has kindly offered to sponsor me for employment in the US at his private boarding school. I will have a bachelors degree by the time I would start, but my duties would not relate to that qualification- I would be monitoring students, with limited involvement in tutoring and sports coaching. I have some coaching experience, and I am qualified in one sport, but I am concerned that these skills may not be considered specialist enough to acquire a visa. My prospective employer will advertise locally for the position but its extremely unlikely that a suitable American would come forward as the job is in a very remote area. The contract would be for a 12-18 month period so I'm guessing it would be a temporary visa application? Really I'm just wondering how likely it is that I will be approved for a visa?

Well you've found the immigration forums and asked in there, so I'm closing this duplicate thread.

Good luck and welcome to BE
