Moving to the US..
Hi there,
My name is Beau, I'm an aspiring audio engineer currently studying in
the UK. Me and my friend both have a dream of working in LA, I wish to
work as a post production engineer at a studio as well as my own
freelance work. My friend has a friend with family in LA who have
offered him a job at a gym where he wishes to work as a qualified
personal trainer.
I do not expect to move for another couple of years, which is why I
thought now would be a good time to investigate the procedures involved
with obtaining a work visa in the US..
I'm totally new to this, and do not really know the steps I need to take
to legally move my life from here in the UK to the US.
So can anyone give me a basic run down of the steps I'd need to take in
order to start a working life in the US?
I have no convictions, a squeaky clean record infact, I am British born
with a University education.
Your replies greatly appreciated.
Regards
Beau
