Moving from UK to California
 

Hi All

Can anyone tell me are there any California state (as opposed to Federal)
restrictions or duty to pay on wine or spirits that are imported during a
relocation?

As far as I know, no more than the federal restrictions if you arrive
directly in California. If your arrive in, say, New York, Atlanta, or
Miami, and then connect on a domestic flight, then you would also have to
take the local laws there to take into account. But, quite frankly, I
doubt that there will be any problems in these states, either.
