Moving money USA to UK

Following on from the other threads where we found out it was possible to move money from the UK to the USA without any charges using a service like xe.com

Does anyone know of a way to move money from the USA to the UK without any charges?

I want to take advantage of the high interest rate of my UK bank account, but being Scottish I don't want to pay for it ;):D

Well if you are just looking to move it for a year or so, the transaction costs would wipe out and difference in rates.

And you are running a currecy exchange rate risk.

I assumed that they will convert money both ways if you wnat to do it.
