Moving to Florida advice

Re: Moving to Florida advice
Yeah, there's nothing more fun than having to put a Club on your Ford Escort while in the hood. Nothing is more fun than having to get your keys out and ready after having scoped the alley ways for beggars and then making a quick dash to the front door. Nothing is more fun than hearing sirens going up and down your street at night and thinking 'Ahhh...looks like somethin's going down at the crack house again.' Good times! I'm feelin' you Manc-Dawg! (beating chest, kissing fingers, and throwing a peace sign) Much love to you skillet.

Frickin' amazing show. Used to stay up late on Saturday nights for that one.
Gran Torino for the win!
I live near Colfax Ave, in Denver. You can usually see drunks, druggies, hookers, scene kids, goths, and all manner of colorful people on Colfax. It's odd, though, that they never venture more than one block South of Colfax to the gentrified neighborhood. I live two block South of Colfax.
For some reason, dodgy people seem to confine themselves to their own neighborhoods. In the UK, I seem to recall hearing about Away-Days, where yobs would use the train to visit the suburbs and burgle houses.
Maybe it's the guns that keeps that at bay. Yay, guns!
