But say $2,000 for a Cuban passport and you get a US GC as well, just think of the money to be made....
Would cost very little to process, pretty much all pure profit.

Well errr....if you think Spain and Portugal are expensive, be in for a shock in Florida....plus home insurance and medical insurance are enough to make you try...because it's all mute point as it's an unlikely chance of getting a visa here anyway.
