Moving to a diff country while K3 pending
 

Hello all,

My hubby might have to move to a different country while our K3 is pending... Can someone please give me information on what I need to do? Will this delay my process of K3?

Hi:

It shouldn't -- since the visa must be processed in the country where you got married [with the exception of marriage in the US].

You don't state which countries are involved -- additional police clearances might be needed.

You may be able to change the country of application with a degree of ease. But some delay.
