So here is my situation. Any advice will be highly appreciated.

In about a month I'll be moving from NY state to Connecticut. What should I do regarding my AOS application that has been sent to NYC local office almost a year ago?
Will the transfer of my petition affect my waiting time? I mean I've already waited a year... now in CT will awating time start all over again???
