Mother's Day in Blighty 21st March!!!
I know there aren't any Mother's Day cards in the shops yet, but I've just looked at my wall calendar and got a shock....I think I ought to remind all you folks that next Sunday (21st) is Mother's Day in the UK.
If you get your skates on you can mail a card out (maybe a nice one which is 'blank' inside) and it will reach her by the weekend.
As for flowers, it's probably cheapest to just look up the http://www.yellowpages.co.uk and look for florists in the town where your mum lives, phone them directly and they will take a nice bouquet round (if you get your order in ASAP!). Much cheaper than using Interflora.
For chocs and other goodies (eg. china mugs, Baileys) Thorntons chocolate website has a range of stuff for Mother's Day (read the Delivery section though!):
