Post Mosquito Sprayers

I know spraying for mosquitoes is essential, but I am not sure how effective it is. We got stuck behind the car doing the spraying last Friday, and that stuff just stinks. We had been out to dinner, and smelling that stuff in the air made me think I was going to lose my dinner.

Even after the spraying, I managed to get bitten by a bloody mosquito just after arriving home. Makes you wonder how effective the spray is, and what goes into the spray to make stink like that. Not sure if that stuff is any good for a person's health.

I'm sure its fine, they sprayed thousands of people with DDT in the 50's and that all worked out well didn't it ? :scared:

We dont seem to have as much here like I noticed in Ohio. When I was at the park the other day with my Sons little friend and his Mum, she was doing the spaz dance just like people do with Bee's about, I really had to stop myself from laughing or taking the piss because we all know how touchy they can be here

So well they're going to start doing it in Nigeria!

My BBQ is effective for killing mosquitos, unfortunately they fall on the things I'm cooking, so I have to make sure the lid is always closed.

I didn't see hide nor hair of a mozzy when I was in Miami, I thought it must be because it's near the ocean or something. A coconut did nearly fall on my head though.

They must spray for coconuts here, we don't have any.

They hunt me down, maybe biting me is like a night out on the piss for them

Seems after 8-10 weeks they chill out and my immune system kicks in.

Word has spread that I'm an all-you-can-eat buffet with them. I'll be munched on from head to toe, same with the kids, and himself not a single bite.
