Morning Rant !
 

OK, now when I visit CNN, Fox or most of the news channel except the BBC, eveything is up there in VIDEO.

Is it me or are these networks getting ahead of the tech.

1. I don't want to WATCH CNN at work - it's not practical
2. Reading is FASTER than the stupid newscasters anyway
3. I cannot WATCH vidoe on my PDA anyway

so many news items, I read the headline and remain interested only to find it's only on a VIDEO because they are TOO friggin lazy to write anymore.

BBC now for me.... End Rant....

I completely agree with you. Sometimes you just want the gist of a story and don't want to listen to 5 minutes of bollox. One of the local stations has gone as far as to put the weather up as a video, just show me a f'cking summary. Muppets.

completely missed the whole presidential thing in france watching US news and didn't see anything on blair this morning....and yes, I could watch the beeb, but i've been avoiding it this week because I'm still watching the snooker I downloaded, and I'll never catch the results watching the US news stations.

CNN I can just about watch ... but Fox News :rofl: come on ....that channel has more in common with Jackanory than any news media ..

I view the BBC news website at least twice a day ....and watch it on cable whenever I get the chance

The BBC have a lot of stuff on video, especially local news.
