Saw them on Foodireland.com when I placed my order for a few british things recently, it's half price shipping at the moment. Not sure how the prices compare to Amazon though.

Hi Tea & Sympathy in NYC has an online shop and they sell Farley's Rusks... might be worth checking them out, we buy lots of british food from there
