I suppose you could say that they are consistent that they claim to have always supported budgetary cuts to offset disaster relief and oppose earmarks but with such a small population ranking third in disaster relief after Texas and California, they appear to want to cut aid for the poor and affected (maybe for other reasons) in others states to aid the poor and affected in their state.

Apparently basements ae a rarity there due to fact that that area in Oklahoma sits on a kind of bedrock - which makes construction of basements practically prohibitive. ($$$)

As bad as the death toll is looking at those photographs it is very fortunate it isn't a lot higher.
