Oh, I see, since the Spanish smallpox killed off most of the natives, and considering
that the US not only defeated Mexico in a war, but paid her in GOLD for the acquired
lands, AND by the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo _honored_ all of the original Spanish
land-grants after the Mexican-American war... then it's okay for ILLEGAL ALIENS to
invade by the millions.

By the way -- within the last two days, in about three hours spent driving in
traffic in "nice suburban areas", I have seen no less than five "spanish" young men
walking around with their hand under their shirts barely concealing their handguns.
All were smirking. They know full well that the Montgomery County Maryland
(surrounds half of Washington DC) police aren't competent to deal with them, and are
under orders from Police chief Moose to never under any circumstances even give the
appearance of profiling or enforcing immigration laws, as Chief Moose says "I'd
rather resign... [than enforce immigration laws] ... before I drive a wedge between
'people of color'".
All of these young men were, in my opinion, going far out of their way to intimidate
the local "white" population, which in any case is either mostly very elderly or
non-combatant "family men" who want nothing more than any opportunity to cower away
so they can continue to pay for college for junior or juniorette.
It doesn't matter that we Americans are mostly anti-racism and anti-violence,
when the invaders are exceptionally violent due to their upbringings, when the
males outnumber the available females by about three to one, and are
non-anglophone and highly-tribal youthful career criminals, probably MS-13
"Maras" from the looks of 'em.
BTW -- I am not saying run right out and shoot them... but, without exception, _arm
yourselves_.

Do you practice what you preach? Then again, maybe you should not answer that. "Mike"
was revealing his weapons cache to the NG and I thought it was rather foolish -- kind
of like what Randy Weaver and David Koresh found out. Many of us in the NG see Mike
as our friend and would not want to see him hurt. I would add an addendum to your
recommendation and suggest having a ranch or country home to get away to if the
proverbial shit hits the fan. (Kind of like a giant Panic Room like in the Jody
Foster movie). Of course, Ferret, you can always look me up in Colorado when the need
arises. So could Lets Roll and Charles Bash. And the need will arise.

According to the article, it's specifically what those village elders would call
"some sort of courtship ritual", and the Mexican legislature defines it as quote
above, also according to the article. It's not a kidnapping as we define it in the
US, since that generally is about money. No, this is more like "abduction for

According to the article, it's specifically what those village elders would call
"some sort of courtship ritual", and the Mexican legislature defines it as quote
above, also according to the article. It's not a kidnapping as we define it in the
US, since that generally is about money. No, this is more like "abduction for

But you're quite correct. One should never discuss one's level of armament. Aside
from the possibility of gross overreaction by law-enforcement if they get the idea
through their head that you're armed for an army of bear, there is the matter of the
other lurkers on the newsgroups, quite assuredly including members of the
"opposition", ranging from their political and intelligence officers, through simple
opportunistic criminals.
Personally I don't feel that it's necessary to build a major armory, but one should,
like the Boy Scouts would say, "Be Prepared".

A lot of my family and friends had a good laugh at that. My weapons are small
compared to what many Native Americans have. I grew up in a place where everyone
carried a weapon of one type or another. When you live free you believe free. I judge
no one on their beliefs. I judge no one on their skin only on their actions and
words. I am dependent on no one, and grow my own, hunt, raise what I need and waste
nothing. I will protect anyone that needs it as well as my family and friends. My
doors have always been open for those hungry, hot or cold, and they will remain open.

thinking people need to plan out what they will do when law and order can no longer
be maintained. As soon as we attack Iraq, if we do, how are the politicians going to
