I think you all seem to have forgotten about the best bacon in the world, Danish bacon. It's yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy yum.
Crispy grilled (US=broiled) Danish bacon on toasted Scottish bread (plain loaf, Mother's Pride) spread with Lurpak butter (also Danish) and smothered in Asda tomato ketchup (the best ketchup on the market). Oh how I miss home.
