Does anybody have any information on the K-3 visa from Missouir Service Center. I have not seen any approvals this month. Any information you have will be helpful.

We received our first NOA from Missouri for our K-3 dated Sept 19.... anyone else waiting for approval from Missouri? what date is your NOA?

First NOA 17 June.

Yes, First NOA was September 12th..........hubby in the Philippines for the
long haul I guess......

A lot of people are still waiting with baited breath. Our NOA is dated July 15thm and if I remember correctly a lot of people are still waiting from the end of May and beginning of June even. I don't think anyone has gotten an approval in quite some time now.

I got my NOA on June 11th and I'm still waiting. I filled out the I-129F
for my wife though or otherwise it would have went to Texas. I'm not really
sure if there is even anyone who actually works at the MSC though I know
it's a fairly new SC. They have no live people there for you to talk to on
the phone like at every other SC. When I called the TSC (I've got an I-130
there), the lady I spoke to said that 1) She couldn't understand why there's
no live help, and 2) that after placing me on hold for a good 5 minutes she
came back and said that as far as she could tell it's taking approx. 5
months for them (the MSC) to process the applications. Hopefully someone
there is working.

Anyone know how many people work at the MSC?

Also, how new is the K-3 visa? Because NCSC tells me, since this is a
new process they have no procedures to get updates for cases at the
MSC (but the automated line tells you to call NCSC)

I still can't believe that K1's get approved faster than k3, I mean
she IS my wife.....

My first NOA is dated May 24, 2002. It will be 5 months tomorrow and still no
answer. I just wished the MSC would work a little faster.

I am getting really scared here!!!!
Does anyone know why K1's get approved faster than filing for your spouse? It makes no sense to me.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that fiance visas are getting approved 2 to 3 times faster than spouse visas. I wish that there was something we could do... start a petition or all of us write to someone? But who?
