I can't personally name any places, but there will be absolutely loads. NYC is a very mixed cosmopolitan city, with large ethnic denominations from all over the world. I can walk through it and not bump into anyone with an American accent. You shouldn't have much trouble finding a few places to hang out.
Virtually everybody I spent the 4th of July with was of Polish descent; bar me, my wife (Italian) was the only none Pole there.
Try checking out magazines like Timeout NY, and the VillageVoice paper/website.
