Meijer Shoppers... A MUST READ!

I called into Meijers today (not my local one) this is the one on 28th street in GR, I was looking for something in the freezer section when something caught my eye. A box of Youngs Cod Fillets, walking right by not even connecting it at first, I realised Youngs is an English brand. When I went back to the freezer cabinet it was filled with all things English
Here is some of what I found:
Various kinds of Youngs Fish products.
Bangers/English sausage.
Hovis Tea Cakes.
Fruit Malt Loaf.
Pre made Yorkshire Puddings.
Strawberry Cream Sponge Cake.
Cheese and Onion Pasty.
Spotted Dick, Treacle and Toffee Pudding.
Bubble and Squeek.
Danish Back bacon... REAL BACON.
Butter.

I could hardly believe my eyes. I shop at Meijers every week and have not seen them in my local... yet.

Sorry if this old news.

Random observation:

Meijer brand bbq potato chips are the most addictive I've ever had.

So along with Trader Joe's, add Meijer as another place I could quite easily bankrupt us. :D

I assume so... I only found it yesterday though and like I said earlier I almost walked right by. Headed back over there tomorrow to buy up some goodies! :D:D:D

I did my weekly shop at my local store today and they have nothing in their freezer section either. Weird I thought all Meijers carried the same stuff.
