Medical & Interview
I want to emigrate to the USA to marry my fiancée, and what I want to know is... As I live in the NW of England, do I get the chance to have my medical and/or interview localy, or do I have to travel to London for these ?

I am assuming that your fiancee has filed a K-1 petition for you and you are either awaiting approval or it has been approved. Once the K-1 petition is approved you will likely be required to appear for an interview at the US Embassy in London. The Embassy will provide you with instructions, including a list on US - INS approved physicians to take your medical exam. Accordingly, since a medical examination must be performed by an INS approved Physician - you are already limited to as to choice. I would plan on traveling to London to obtain your visa. |
