Default Medical Interview

Hi all,

If there were problems in my medical history but were ok now and a letter from my Doctor was to prove this, would I be accepted for a Fiance/K1 Visa?

Please reply, I am getting worried.

Thanks all.

If you are concerned take (if possible) copies of or extracts from your medical
records as well as your doctor's letter. Take any records of current medications,
if any. They are looking for stuff that *could/might* make you a permanent
burden on the state in the future. Many folk have had past medical conditions
and been approved. Obviously no-one can tell you that it will be ok and only you
have the specifics, just get your evidence together and discuss it with the
doctor there at the interview. You can't change the past after all but you must
be truthful. Good luck.

I have chronic progressive MS and can never work. I passed the medical by taking a
letter in from my Doctor saying it had been stable for five years.
