Medical Insurance US for UK visitors

I have been searching for a good medical insurance company to insure my dad (82 years) to travel to visit me in the US. He has pre-existing medical conditions - can anyone recommend a good company that has 'realistic' prices. He intends to be here for 59 days. Not worried re the travel insurance part only medical coverage.

We used All Clear for my father a few years ago. Fortunately we didn't have a claim so I can't vouch for how good they are. https://www.allcleartravel.co.uk/seniors/

Saga charged my geandfather 2400 GBP for a one week trip. 84 years old, with angina, and post quadruple bypass

Past the age of 80 and with preexisting conditions, you should consider yourself lucky if you can find coverage for your father at any price.

Currently have a policy with https://www.travelinsurance4medical.co.uk/ for my 83 year old mum visiting for 4 weeks. Less than half the price of Saga and she does have pre existing conditions. Total was around $700. Trips longer than 30 days seem to increase drastically though. They were very helpful when I called to add some medications to her record that we forgot when we purchased the policy.

We've used Avanti and World First for both me (pre-existing) and my wife's 90+ yo grandfather.

Didn't claim on any trip, so can't speak to that, but the questions asked on screening were pragmatic and the premiums were sensible (ish)

My UK-based parents who are in their late 60s and early 70s just spent 4.5 weeks in the USA and they get their worldwide travel and medical insurance with their UK bank via some sort of paid account. My Dad said that it was the cheapest option for them as they also have preexisting medical issues.
