Default Medical Insurance

Looking to take out Mediucal Insurance for myself once my Green Card arrives,aged 69 years and retired, my US wife is with Medicare and our house is in Washington State. Anyoine out there got any good recommendations?

Check to see if Washington has its own Affordable Care Act plan. The main site is healthcare.gov and it may also direct you to the relevant state site.

You asked this question back in 2021, so presume you are now in the US.
As said, you should first check with your Washington state Health exchange to see what plans they have to offer.
If no state exchange then the Governments exchange is https://www.healthcare.gov/

As last resort you can apply direct to the health insurance companies such as BlueCross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente etc

In earlier posts it was suggested that the OP could MAYBE qualify for Medicare as his spouse is already on Medicare and therefore she has worked and paid her 40 quarters. A non working spouse can qualify for Medicare based on one's spouses contributions. I don;t know if this qualification extends to a new spouse who has just entered the US on a green card. Something to look into though.

Check out Page 3 of the following website, and the example under B of Mrs Lopez, an immigrant of only 3 years, who qualifies for Medicare due to her husband:
