Medical Examination--Reasons for denial

Hi you there!!!
I had my medical examination today in Frankfurt for the K1-Visa. The Doc there checked my vaccinations and told me that she couldn't give me the varicella (chicken pox) immunization because I had my third vaccination of rubella-mumps-measles just a couple of days ago at my house doctor. The Doc in Frankfurt said that it might cause health conflicts if she would give me the varicella immunization. She didn't mention that I would have to get the varicella one at all and she also didn't mention that I would get any problems with the visa.
And now my question: does a missing-varicella immunization mean that I would get trouble in getting the visa at all? Could the visa be denied because of this?
I would appreciate your quick answers.
Greetings from

TaKa

Re: Medical Examination--Reasons for denial

No, you won't be denied a K1 visa for a missing varicella vaccine. Any missing vaccine can be done in time for Adjustment of Status in the US.

If you have had chicken pox, and can prove it (medical notes, blood test, scar), there should be no need to have the vaccine.

Re: Medical Examination--Reasons for denial

the US does not require the chicken pox vaccine for adults.
