Medical Exam - Fail Hepatitis

Hi,

My fiancee result from the Hepatitis blood test is unclear. They will need to do more testing. If she has Hepatitis, can she get the K1 visa and enter USA.

I am concerned. Please help.

Thanks,

Tony

Hi Tony, the result from my TB test was also inconclusive. They told me that, unlike a disease such as HIV, TB would not exclude me from a visa if it could be "treated and cured". In the end my result came back clear. I believe that having a contagious disease such as Hep A/ C that could not be cured may be a grounds for inadmissability (is that a word?)

Good luck
