MDUdall: New TSC report is out
I just received the latest report from the TSC, and I've updated my TSC chart located at, http://members.aol.com/MDUdall/sctimes.htm
Take a look if you are interested (hopefully you will see the new numbers published as of today's date, but sometimes it takes AOL an hour or two to make the changes so if you don't see numbers published as of today's date, check my page again in an hour or two).

I'm a little confused. It says on the site you posted that TSC are now processing I129F petitions with the notice date 09/11/02. On another site I looked on two days ago, I forget which, but it was an official INS site, it said they're processing cases with the notice date of 09/30/02. Surely this would mean they're processing more recent dates before the later ones? Our first notice of action is 09/18/02, but now I don't know where we are on the processing scale!!! Can you shed any light? Thanx.

I noticed that the numbers retrogressed by a couple of weeks too. I've seen that happen on the Service Center processing time reports before for various types of cases.
All I can do is first say that the numbers I published are the one's given to AILA by the TSC. If there was a typo, it did not come from me.
So perhaps there was a typo on the Service Center's part (or AILA HQ’S part), or perhaps when they (contract worker at the TSC) went to the file room to come up with the current numbers for "this" report, they found a case that has been pending since the 11th. Maybe the "prior" report (09/30) was bad information or a typo on "that" report.
All I can really do is speculate for you, but the numbers I posted are the numbers as I received them from AILA.
Good luck.

any visa's coming out of this office.
Thanks!

You know my position on timelines -- especially since those two I-130's I did for identical twin daughters all those years ago -- one took 21 days and the other 9 months [got remoted to Skagway, Alaska -- no kidding].
Although the questions on timelines are the most reasonable ones on the planet, it is as accurate as reading tea leaves. I fall back on Middle School geometry -- it takes two points to define a line!
BTW, with the case that went to Skagway, I decided to call them on the RFE I received. I got the phone number from 411. The man answering the phone stated "Customs Service." I mumbled an apology that I was trying to reach the INS and he responded "One moment please" and then shouted out "Ernie, telephone for you." Ernie was quite helpful.
