Marrying in the US
I plan to marry my fiance in the US. She has a Visitor Visa. We will then leave the US before her Visitor Visa expires. Can anyone offer advice on what documentation we will need to get married in the US? Thanks.

Hello and welcome to BE.
It may be worth mentioning that you're British and came to the US last October for 12 mths. Enquiring minds will want to know as your status in the US may be significant. ;) |

Re: Marrying in the US
Look up state requirements, usually you need ID, some money and proof you are free to marry if you have previously been married.
Then once you've got your license, you go get married. |
