Married, filed OF-230 / DS 230?
 

If you were married at the time you filed OF-230 or DS-230, please clarify the following point for the dense of us out here:

DS-230 question 21a asks the applicant for the immigrant visa to list the person(s) named in 14 and 19 (spouse and children) who will *accompany* you to the United States now.

Now, as the USC spouse, I am listed in question 14. however, I'm not *sure sure* that I should be included in 21a as it *could* be interpreted as "alien" spouse.

Any light shed will brighten my day, thank you.
