help needed
I AM LOOKING FOR YVONNE KIDD GOT MARRIED TO A US SERVICEMAN NAME UNKNOWN MOVED TO US IN APPROX 1968/69 SHE WAS FROM THE ARBROATH AREA OF SCOTLAND AND WOULD BE ABOUT 60 YEARS OLD NOW

You have to know where the serviceman was married. You need to know which state, and possibly which county.

UNFORTUNATLY I ONLY HAVE HER NAME SHE IS MY BIRTH MOTHER (YVONNE KIDD) LAST KNOWN TO HAVE MOVED TO US AND MARRRIED SERVICEMAN APPROX 68/69 WOULD THE US EMBASSEY HOLD ANY INFO ON HER

You appear to be looking for assistance in finding a delinquet mother or one that had put you up for adoption. This is not really the forums for missing person information.
However, if you knew the serviceman's name and/or the branch of service and/or where he was stationed in the US that might help narrow your search a bit. Or you can hire a private investigator to do the leg work for you.
