Default March Madness

Not usually a basketball fan, but this can be ok.
Loads of people off work yesterday and today to watch the games.

Anyone else competing in a pool - so far I'm leading a 40 person pool at work with 19 results right out of 20 - the yanks can't believe it
Unfortunately its just for fun though - no cash at stake

No pool here, but I'll try to catch the games; IMO it's the best US sporting event of the year.

I agree with that. Not a basketball fan as such, but some games last year were fantastic.

it's a pretty easy title to hold considering the dross on offer.

apart from the Stanley Cup finals of course.

Smile Re: March Madness

My wife paid $5 and submitted a bracket which she filled in with help from my Father-In-law. Out of 16 games she predicted 12 correctly which she was pretty happy about.

I liken the first few rounds of this competition to the early rounds of the FA Cup back in the UK. Its the only time that the minnows of college Basketball get a chance to unseat some of the giants. Makes for some exciting, close games.
